Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery strictly using trackable shipping service.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of odors, stains, or damage
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.

In case of the return requested, the shipping expenses and customs duties are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For exchanges across Canada, we cover the cost of sending the replacement back to you (one-time exchange).
